Signaplex turns market noise into readable rhythm. It combines deterministic algorithms with AI to produce five sequential signals, POWER, SPEED, LIFT, PITCH and SLOPE, each tied to its own timeframe.
At its core is the Power Slope Index (PSI), a proprietary indicator of strength, direction and momentum across timeframes in real time. It is built for micro-traders, swing traders and long-term investors.

The Local Plus Card
The Local+ Card is a resident savings card for Southwest Florida: members show one card and save at participating restaurants, shops and service providers. I designed and built the whole platform on .NET and AWS, from member cards and Apple Wallet passes to the merchant network, the affiliate referral program and Stripe Connect payouts.

Physicians Analytics
As Chief Technology Officer of Physicians Analytics, I lead the technology behind Intellicare, an analytics platform for MSOs, IPAs and risk-bearing medical groups that manage Medicare Advantage and Medicaid populations. Built on Snowflake, it turns fragmented payer files into governed data: claims and leakage, funding and cost allocation, and HCC/RAF risk tracking, with every number traceable to the claim behind it. An AI layer explains the anomalies, but it sits on that foundation instead of replacing it. The discipline is the same as everywhere else: every derived layer is checked against the source data before anyone makes a decision with it.
